'Being one of the winners of the Digital Design category, I would say it has opened doors for me. Winning a placement and getting to work with other designers in the industry, it gave me the confidence to go further with digital design, and I now know that it is for me, and others can see that too.

It definitely gave me the confidence boost I needed to really sell my work and to build self esteem regarding my professional ability.

Would I recommend B-Hive to creative-industries students? Yes 100%! It's a great stepping stone in to the industry and good experience for those who're still learning. It's a great opportunity for those to up their presentation skills and really believe in the work they are designing and showing. Whatever the outcome, as a student I think entering B-Hive is always going to be a win. '
